Because culture fit and values are very important to EO Chicago, our membership process is meant to transparently share about EO while helping us learn more about you, so we can both determine if this is a mutual fit.

1. Intro call - Join a 20-30 min call with one of our members to chat and explore if this is good for you.

In this call we’ll get to know you a bit, answer any questions you have, and share about the membership process.

2. Member meet-and-greet - Meet with 2-3 EO members for coffee or lunch in a casual, intimate setting. toreally get a sense of what members are like and hear their experience.

You can ask any questions you want about what our members like (and don’t like!) about EO. Hard questions welcome!

3. Attend an event - We’ll invite you to attend an event that we have for members. This is to give you a sense of the types of events we have and also get to meet other members.

4. Interview - If we both think it's a mutual fit, we’ll invite you to one of our quarterly interview days.

We interview for EO 4 times per year (January, April, July, October) and invite all our candidates for in-person interviews at the Chicago EO House in Bucktown.
